I have started carrying a Colt Defender 1911 in 45ACP.
Giving up my 38LCR and my 40 Slim.
I ordered the TuckerIWB holster with J hooks for the Colt.
This is one heavy side arm and it did a number on the blue jeans.
I ordered a pair of Slimline clips that put the load on my belt and every thing was fine.

Got these as replacements for a broken set. Great clips. Lower profile, but still strong enough to give confidence.

The new Slimline clips are a great improvement on IWB clips. They stay closer to the body which makes concealment much easier. In my experience they also fit and hold their position on the belt better. This is a great belt clip and well worth the investment. I will continue to use Tucker Gun Leather products.

Clips are thick enough to support the weight. Good quality and adjustable with my Silent Strike IWB.

I have found these loops to be much nicer than any I have seen from other holster makers. They are narrower in width so less obvious and have several holes for lots of adjustability to your particular need. I actually got some extras to put on other holsters from other manufacturers cause it is a better solution than the ones they came with. Rob also gives great customer service. He is a pleasure to do business with.
